In less then two short days Sophia will be a year old! Boy what a year it has been...more on that come Wednesday! The one thing I want to do is hopefully after her birthday is print out all of the pages of this blog and put a book together for. A book specifically about her blog, so that she can get a first hand account of what has gone on over this past year. As time goes on, I'm sure my memory won't remember certain details and I think it is super important for Sophia to know what has gone on this past year. This is where you come in. For all friends and "stalkers" alike, please leave a message for Sophia. I will include these in her book and maybe even some will make it into her first year scarpbook...which I haven't even attempted to start...at least I have worked on her baby book though! So if you have follwed this blog and want to wish Miss Fia a Happy Birthday, please do!

Happy 1st Birthday Sophia!!! We hope to meet you someday soon...it's been fun watching you grow up through this blog and the many milestones you've quickly reached. You're such a sweet little girl and I'm so glad we found your blog last fall. Congrats on a fabulous first year! Lots of love to you,

Okay, Miss Sophia, here are my thoughts -- you have got to be the strongest, toughest Spagnolo baby ever. We've all been through stuff in our lives, but nothing compares in any way whatsoever to what you've experienced to survive and bring happiness to all who know you. You are truly a blessing to your mom, dad and sister, who are the lucky ones to have you in their lives on a daily basis. And I am glad I was able to be there when you were born and fought through the first few days of your life. Congratulations on your first birthday -- and may you have a hundred more! I love you.
