Our Trip

So obvisouly I have been incredibly neglectful to posting on this board. The family took a trip to California where we spent two days in San Diego, two days in Anaheim and five days in Sacramento. We had a great time and I think this was a great way to show Gabi that even though this last year has been incredibly hard, she is a trouper and this was something special for her, as well as for Jason and I. Since May of last year I have gone to Seattle three times for medical reasons and it was finally time to go somewhere fun. I actually can't wait to go back to Seattle, for those who know me, Jason and I are huge Mariners fans and we are SUPER excited to have Junior back on the team. As a matter of fact we hope to come to Seattle this summer for baseball games. On that note, I'm not sure how well I will do there...when we landed in Seattle from Sacramento, I started to have a slight panic attack. My chest tightened up and I had a hard time breathing. In time I'm sure I will get better, but it was very weird.


So back to our California trip. We spent two days in San Diego and went to SeaWorld and the San Diego Zoo. We then went to Anaheim and spent two days at Disneyland and one at California Adventure. We then drove to Sacramento and spent five days with my family in Sacramento. It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed spending time with my family. I haven't seen them since Gabi was seven months old and it was very special to me to have Sophia there and meet all of them.


For a Sophia update...she is doing great and we see Dr. Wellman next week. I am SUPER nervous since it has been three months since we have seen him, but I think I can do it!!!
