So even though there are many heart mommies that look at my page that I have never met, we are all bonded through a sisterhood that will last us a lifetime. That is why I am sending out this prayer request out. I found the link to baby Gracie's page on Baby Mia and Baby Maddie's page. Gracie had a heart transplant recently and at this time her body is not doing well with this new heart. Please keep her and her family in your prayers. Below is the link to their page.
