Forever a Heart Mommy

I found this on another heart mommy's facebook page and I think it is a perfect way to almost end CHD Awareness Week!

I have laid my daughter on an operating table and kissed her as she fell asleep. I have handed her to a surgeon knowing they would stop her heart and prayed it would beat again. I have learned more then I ever thought I could. I have cried more then I ever thought possible and celebrated victories that I never would have thought of. I have walked a road I never knew existed, and will walk it forever. I am a Heart Mom
