Haven't been on a in a while and I didn't know what I would write the next time I came on. I feel it is super important to recognize and celebrate heart health and your heart this month, but this year comes with a heavy heart. My dad passed away unexpectedly due to a heart condition at the age of 48. It has been absolutely devastating for my family and what's worse is Gabi has been pretty upset about it. I will spend this month honoring not only the health of my daughter, but the life of my father.
